MANIFESTO FOR THE POSITION OF PROTOCOL PREFECT OF ROYAL BEAM PREPARATORY SCHOOL.

The headmaster, able teachers, fellow students and non teaching staff, ladies and gentlemen good
afternoon. I am glad to stand before all of you this afternoon to read out my aspirations and give you
valid reasons you should all vote for me to power as the political prefect of this noble institution for the
2023-2024 academic year.

My name is Augustina Storph affectionately called Auge. I understand that the position of protocol
prefect comes with a great responsibility. It requires a clear set of goals, a sincere heart and an open
mind to listen to the views of others. Indeed, Prefects are elected to help the staff of the school to carry
out duties effectively to the betterment of the school.

The following are some duties of the office I aspire to occupy i.e. protocol perfect.

1. Protocol prefects handle the responsibilities of coordinating all internal and external activities or
clubs and societies in the school he or she will be responsible for ensuring that the right permissions
and adequate reparation for any activities organised by any club is done in a proper and acceptable
way.
2. Acting as a liaison between the school administration, events organizers and attendees to address
any issues and ensure effective communication.
3. Working with the compound perfect to ensure the environment is well kept.
4. Making sure students are well dressed. That is wearing the right attire (uniform) on the right days. I
will inspect the fingernails footwear socks and hair of students to keep students prescribed.
5. To make sure that students report to school early and always meet up for assembly every morning.

These are some reasons why you should vote for me:

First of all, I value qualities like democratic leadership, responsibility, trustworthiness, hard work,
integrity, humility, teamwork among others.

Secondly, I lead a life worth emulating and I promise to be at the beck and call of the student body as
well as the administrative body.
