A. TUJUAN PEMBELAJARAN
1. Students are able to describe the organs in the human circulatory system and their functions through
Inquiry-based Learning learning activities with presentation methods, Q&A sessions and discussions, so
that students are able to build awareness of Allah subhaanahuwwata'ala's greatness.
2. After understanding human circulatory system organs, students are able to describe the organs in the
animal circulatory systems and their functions through Inquiry-based Learning learning activities with
presentation methods, Q&A sessions and discussions precisely.
3. Students are able to learn the types of diseases related to the circulatory system and how to keep our
circulatory system healthy through Inquiry-based Learning activities that use discussion and presenting
approaches thoroughly.

1. Teacher shows a picture of a doctor examining a patient and ask
the students: What is the doctor doing? What instrument is he
using? What is the function of the instrument?
2. Explain the organs in the human circulatory system which consists
of the heart, the blood vessels and the blood through the book as
the learning media.
3. Investigate how the heartbeat works by finding the pulse with two
fingertips and using a stopwatch to measure the heartbeat in
normal condition and after doing vigorous exercise.
4. Ask the students to do the assignment from Science Workbook 5A:
Circulatory System

1. Teacher explains about organs in the animal circulatory systems.
Teacher explains to students that there are two different
circulatory systems in different animals, which are the open
circulatory system and the closed circulatory system. Students
should be able to understand that there are also animals that
don’t have a complicated circulatory systems like jellyfishes.
2. Teacher shows pictures of different types of circulatory system.
Students compare between open and closed circulatory system and
show their working in their workbook.
3. Ask the students to do the assignment from Science Workbook 5A:
Circulatory System in Animals.

already know. Their answers might be relevant to the topic. The
expected answers are as follows: stroke and heart attack.
2. The teacher shows pictures of different conditions of organs which
are affected by the diseases of the circulatory systems, e.g.
arteriosclerosis, ischemic heart disease, stroke, hypertension and
anaemia.
3. Teacher asks the student about how we can take care of our
circulatory system through some ways e.g. exercise regularly,
maintain a balanced diet and avoid stress.
4. Facilitate students to share their difficulties in mastering the

A. TUJUAN PEMBELAJARAN
1. Students are able to understand the levels of organisation in an ecosystem and identify the types of
animals based on the food they consume through Inquiry-based Learning learning activities with
explanation methods, Q&A sessions and discussions, so that students are able to build awareness of Allah
subhaanahuwwata'ala's greatness.
2. After understanding what ecosystems and their organization levels, students are able to identify the
relationship among living things and show the feeding relationship among living things, and their
interdependence through Inquiry-based Learning learning activities with presentation methods, Q&A
sessions and discussions thoroughly.

the students to compare between biotic and abiotic factors from
ecosystem.
3. Students sort the objects in the picture or the video into different
levels of organization.
4. Ask the students to do the assignment from Science Workbook 5A:
Ecosystem.

ecosystem. Teacher explains to the students that plants make
their own food, animals are consumers, and when living organism
dies, they will decay and decomposed by decomposers like
bacterias, ants, and fungi.

Teacher explains that there are thre levels of food chains, which
consists of producers, primary-secondary-tertiary-final consumers,
and decomposers.
