Fads and fashion of the eighties

We wrote about the 80s, how they used to dress, what music they used to listen to, etc.

fashion:

in the eighties people used to wear very colorful clothes and especially fancy hairstyles. girls often
used to wear jeans or tight trousers, baggy t-shirts, baggy t-shirts and platform shoes. Boys used to
wear leather jackets, studded jackets, jeans and leather pants. (Michael Jackson popularized leather
jackets and trousers)

Music:

the eighties were famous it was the decade when rock and roll and pop. the music of singers like:

• Bon jovi
• Madonna
• Michael Jackson
• Phil collins
• The police

Technology:

At the time technology was more basic. The '80s were not only a great time for communication
technologies, the great video game revolution also took place. The Glove of Power was one of the first
interventions in virtual reality but unfortunately the technology of the time and its design problems did
not help it take off.

Crazes:

there was a craze for fun things, such like Walkman’s, at that time all the people wanted to buy it.
