 procedure for checking triglycerides in the blood

Hi everyone, introduce me, Fadly Firmansyah, I will explain the steps for checking triglycerides.
Don't forget to always use personal protective equipment.

prepare the tools and materials used

1. Test tube
2. Micropipette
3. Blue tip and yellow tip
4. Reagent
5. Tissue
6. Photometer

and the steps are as follows.

1. prepare a blood sample that has been centrifuged for ten minutes which has become serum
2. Take five hundred ul of reagent into a test tube using a pipette
3. Then take five ul of serum into a test tube that has been filled with reagents before
4. homogenize then incubate for five minutes
5. After that, check the samples that have been incubated with a photometer and wait for the
results to come out

The normal value of triglyceride examination is less than one hundred and fifty mg/dl.
based on the examination the results that came out were one hundred and twenty-two mg/dl so it
could be concluded that the patient was in the normal category
