COMPARATIVE ASSESSMENT RESULT (CAR) OF THE REGISTRY OF

QUALIFIED APPLICANTS (RQA) FOR JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL
SCHOOL YEAR 2023-2024

1. The Schools Division Office hereby issues the Comparative Assessment Result
(CAR) of the Registry of Qualified Applicants (RQA) for Junior High School for
School Year 2023-2024

2. As stated in item D.53 Comparative Assessment Result of DepEd Order No. 7 s.

2023, The CAR-RQA for Teacher 1 positions intended for a specific school year
shall be valid only for the duration of school year for which it was prepared. It
shall be utilized in filling up the positions that are created or vacated within the
school year; provided that the HRMPSB shall re-convene to deliberate and
update the CAR-RQA by identifying the candidates who are already appointed.

3. Subject area specialization of the qualified applicants shall be the primary

consideration at the secondary school level. Thus, the applicant to be appointed
should have the subject area specialization needed by the school.

4. Relative to the Localization Law, grants priority in the appointment or

assignment of teachers to public elementary or secondary schools to bona fide
residents of lhe barangay, municipality, city, or province in that order; -where the
school is located; provided, that the teacher possesses all the minimum
qualifications for the position as required by law.

5. The CAR-RQA contains only the candidates who have met the cut-off score of
fifty (50) points; however, the score is not a guarantee for a permanent position.

6. Wide and immediate dissemination of this memorandum is desired.
