3. With this Philosophy as the foundation, Project Xin believes that EsP
teaching will recover from pandemic related gaps and challenges while
uplifting the thoughts and emotions of the beneficiaries of the program.
Program Project Xin has 3 underlying ladderized activities for SY 2022- 2025.
these include the X, I and N ladders.
4. This activity aims to execute the three (3) ladders of Project Xin:
X- Exhaust all baseline data that is contributory to the identified gaps
and expound on the available data to come up with a tailored fit
solution to meet the gap

N- Numericalize the results of the recovery activities and endure
activities that are contributory to learning recovery in EsP.
5. Along with the Division LRP, Phase X was already executed, which led
to Phase I. With this, SDO Batangas crafted a Learning Recovery Playlist and
Modules for teachers to supplement their approaches, methods, and strategies
in teaching Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao. These materials are all available in
EsPMATICapsule(https://sites.googIe.com/depe d.gov.ph/espcapsuIeSdObatan9a5thPme) for
teachers utilization at their own pace. The materials can be used in
collaborative sessions, LAC, curricular meetings, and SGD, among others.

Through the FGD done in the X (exhaust) phase, the following were gathered as major
sources of challenges and difficulties in EsP teaching:
This Project Xin package is prepared to help the teachers cope with these diagnosed
needs. This package will focus on the competencies and behavior aspects of teaching
Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao.
Further, the materials are composed of modules, videos, and assessment handouts,
which are for full user autonomy. This means that the package can be managed
according to the school's learning recovery plan.
To reiterate the major composition of the Xin package, there are two major packs:
the Xin mind pack and the Xin heart pack.
The Xin Mind package targets foundational knowledge and competencies regarding
EsP teaching. On the other hand, the Xin Heart package targets the behavioral
competencies of the teachers teaching EsP.
The materials will be available in the EsPMATICapsule and will be launched in each
district through meetings with the district supervisors. The materials can be fully
utilized in EsP LAC sessions, with the checklist of materials being accomplished with
the school years included in the recovery plan.
