Enhanced School Learning Continuity Plan amidst Pandemic
Pagsanjan District
In connection with the Division Memorandum No. 200, S. 2021 or the
Presentation of Enhanced
Crafting, Presentation and Submission of the E- SLCP for S.Y. 2021-2022 all
School Learning Continuity
schools in the Division of Laguna are required to craft, present and submit an

updated E- SLCP that will cater the present situation. The E-SLCP should Plan

includes the school goals, learning delivery modalities and operationalization

while maintaining the well being and safety based on the Ratified Division E-BE-

LCP. Pagsanjan Integrated


Pagsanjan District, headed by Dr. Felicisimo M. Marana- PSDS Pagsanjan
National High School
was scheduled an online presentation of the E-SLCP last August 24, 2021 at

3:00 in the afternoon via Google Meet.

School heads of secondary schools of Pagsanjan namely Dr. Jeannette D.


Unson National High School
De Leon (Pagsanjan INHS), Dr. Menandro A. Zubieto (Unson NHS), and Mr. David

Titan Jr. (Pagsanjan SHS) presented their E-SLCP thru video presentation and

powerpoint presentation.

Dr. Orlando T. Valverde (Chief-CID), Mr. Paulino Castro, Mr. Erminio Lavin Pagsanjan Senior High School

and Dr. Ma. Shirleen Elloso served as the panelists who gave technical

assistance to each presenter for the readiness of the school this coming year.
Pagsanjan Integrated National High School

headed by Dr. Jeannette D. De Leon E-SLCP

focuses on project REACH - Restructure

Strategical Methods of Teaching to Sustain the

Needs of Learners as the school flagship program

under SLCP.

During the presentation, Dr. De Leon gave

emphasis on the programs and activities that the

school successfully conducted this previous school

year. She also gave emphasis on the project that

will be implemented this coming school which is

the Diversified Reading and Numeracy Assessment

which aim to produce learning packets that are

suited on the level of the learners.

During the feedbacking, Dr. Elloso commended

the programs and activities conducted by PINHS.

On the other hand Dr. Valverde asked the Dr. De

Leon about the lesson she learned last school year.

according to Dr. De Leon taking care of the

employees, learners and parents is the greatest

lesson she learned that led to the 0% dropped out

and 100% promotion rate of the school.

Unson National High School headed by Dr.

Menandro A. Zubieto E-SLCP focuses on

project UNSON - a unified program which aims

to develop activities which will ensure that

quality education will be delivered to learners.

Aside from that safety of the learners and

parents and open communication with the

stakeholders are also the school's priorities as

the school flagship program under SLCP.

One of the highlights of the presentation is

the SWOT analysis which emphasized the

strengths and weaknesses of the future

programs and activities of the Unson NHS.

Mr. Lavin noticed that one of the weaknesses

of the school is financial difficulties so he

asked how did Unson NHS able to manage to

conduct programs despite of having a limited

budget. Dr. Menandro replied that a concrete

plan and communication with the stakeholders

are a great help.

Dr. Menandro ended his presentation by

saying that Unson NHS will continue to give

quality education despite any circumstances.


Pagsanjan Senior High School headed by Mr.

David Titan Jr. E-SLCP focuses on ensuring the

readiness of the school facilities for the upcoming

school year most importantly during the pandemic.

During the presentation, Mr. Titan gave emphasis

on the programs and activities that they conducted

to ensure the quality of education even with the use

of blended learning.

During the feedbacking, Dr. Valverde asked the

strategy used by the school in financial or budget

management. Mr. Titan said that prioritization is the

key. Despite of having a limited budget the school

was able to maximize their budget by purchasing

only what is important and what is needed.

Mr. Titan ended his presentation by sharing the

lesson he believed to be important to adhere this

time. Being "techy" according to him is a must

today. Being able to use different gadgets and

aware of different technological platforms is a big

help to continue education even in the most

challenging situation.

The presentation lasted for a couple of

hours. Best school practices and programs were

presented that can be also adopted by other

schools.

Each programs and activities have different

goals but at the end of the day all aims to give

quality education to the learners even at the

middle of pandemic and be safe from the virus.

Before the presentation ends, the panelist

gave a short advice for everyone.

Dr. Elloso advised the participants to

continue observing health protocols.

Mr. Lavin shared that the MOOE is truly

limited during the fiscal year 2020-2021 and

commended all school head for the wise

allocation of the school's budget.

Dr. Orlanda stated that the conduct of

this E-SLCP presentation is to give technical

assistance and hoped that the objective was

attained.
