stuttering to people to whom I am

analyse the videos I watch, the only
problem I would have with analysing
is when I’m in the middle of action as
I can never focus properly.

Communication BP3

Communication is critical to the physiotherapist profession and is a necessary skill for all
physiotherapists to undertake this job. So from my rank it should be 5/10. Because when it comes to
communication, who you talk to matters. Sometimes I don't have the confidence to speak, but
sometimes I can speak to others. In order to feel confident enough to approach your job as a sports
physiotherapist, you need to surround yourself with people who speak "kindly." That means we can
talk peacefully, whatever we are. If I was on a team with an unfriendly attitude, I could lose
confidence and not be able to think properly, so I have to talk about it. To create a friendly team, I
have to be nice to them too, and as an employee I can do that. The reason I rate myself a 7/10 is
because I'm uncertain about how I communicate with other people.
BM2

My rating for this skill is 7, which is slightly above average, but I shouldn't be satisfied with that
because, in order to become a sports physiotherapist, I must have this skill rated higher than five. As
a result, there are two methods I may develop this competence. I can work on this skill by practising
presentations in front of people I wouldn't normally talk to and asking them to point out the main
communication flaws I make. I chose presentations because I need to be able to communicate with
other athlete managers and club owners in order to be a sports physiotherapist. In order to increase
my confidence in speaking to others, I also chose people that I would not normally choose to talk to.
I did this because I need to be ready to talk to anyone, whether they are close friends or strangers.
As I would be speaking to people I have never seen, spoken to, or heard of before, communicating
with those around me in public places can help me improve my communication skills. By doing this, I
can boost my confidence to strike up a conversation and gain experience in doing so. Talking with
people I've never spoken to before gives me the chance to hear a variety of viewpoints and gain an
understanding of what different people think, which is beneficial because I need to be ready for any
last-minute inquiries or comments about a topic.

Teamwork(BP3)

As a sports physiotherapist, I must be able to support the people I work with on a daily basis. Based
on my experience in the outside world, I would rate my ability to work with others as a 7 out of 10,
as I am able to do so once I have gotten used to whatever the team is working on. The process of
teamwork will be straightforward because all that is required is communication with the team.
Anyone can contribute a creative idea that will advance the company they work for, and even if the
idea isn't good, the team can always identify it and offer explanations for why it might not work. The
fact that a team can pick up a mistake and use it as an opportunity for progress or that they can
assist me with any task more quickly than an individual working alone makes collaboration crucial. I
gave myself a 7 because I can contribute constructively to a team and help it with whatever task it
needs my assistance with.

BM2

According to the ratings I gave myself, it appears that my teamwork is good, but anyone would like
perfect teamwork, therefore I need to fix the issues that need to be improved. Communication can
help me in a team by pointing out things that I may have missed or that the team might not have
noticed, which is one change I can make. Communication is essential to any successful team effort.
In order to enhance this, I need to get along with my team and learn how they operate since, in
order to be a good team, I need to know what my team has and the team needs to know what I have
in order to comprehend the various methods that can be effective. In order to comprehend the best
course of action, it is crucial to collaborate with other teams and learn from their experiences in
sports physiotherapy. Being able to perform things that others can't do while also being able to use
it in sports marketing is another opportunity for me to better my teamwork. Therefore, I must find a
way to work as a sports physiotherapist in order to achieve this. By this, I mean that I must discover
unusual ways to work as a sports physiotherapist because discovering a skill that few people possess
but is useful can inspire the team to try to put the skill to good use. It's crucial that I have a different
skill while looking for one to use for the team since sometimes having the same skill won't work well
in a team and can interfere with the work that is produced as a sports physiotherapist.

Professionalism (BP3)

As a sports Physiotherapist, I must be a professional type. By that, I mean that I must be able to
dress in business attire and speak to others in the workplace in a formal manner. Professionalism is
important for working in any job, and this skill is required when working as a sports Physiotherapist.
I give this skill a 6 out of 10, and the reason is that even though I can dress professionally, sometimes
I might not look convincing and motivating for others, which can make them feel like the job is not
being taken seriously. Likewise, while I can speak formally, there are times when my formality may
break up a little and I might add in some informality, which would be good for the business as I
wouldn't sound like a professional As a result, if I want to work as a sports physiotherapist, I must be
able to regulate my speech and dress convincingly like a physiotherapist. Simply trying to become
used to the formal way of speaking is one approach to sort out the informal language.

BM2

With the help of these ratings, I now know what I need to work on to become a more effective
professional speaker. There are ways to develop this talent because it is so crucial to my ability to
perform as a sports physiotherapist. As a result, I must work to correct the errors I currently make.
One way to improve this skill is to become accustomed to speaking in a professional manner. This is
necessary because conversing informally by accident can occur frequently, so I must become
accustomed to speaking professionally. I must therefore use professional language whenever I can in
order to improve this skill. One way to improve this skill is to become accustomed to speaking in a
professional manner. Since speaking casually by accident can happen frequently, I must become
accustomed to speaking professionally. To do this, I must have a conversation with someone every
time, using professional language. By doing this, I may gradually change the way I speak and gain
control over what I say. In this approach, I can gradually alter my speech pattern and gain control
over what I say. Being in a group of people who speak professionally is another way to hone this skill.
Being in a group like this will help me because I'll get to hear other people speak professionally,
which will help me understand how and what words to use when I speak to others. The group is
crucial because, even if your friends can assist you, some may be unwilling to do so. As a result,
finding a group that can assist with this skill and listen to how others speak will give me a better
chance to improve my own speaking style, which will gradually accustom me to speaking
professionally and better prepare me for working as a sports physiotherapist.
Problem solving(BP3)

A problem-solving skill is necessary if I want to work as a sports physiotherapist because

physiotherapists need to be able to solve problems that might have an impact on the company I
work for. To put it simply, problem solving is figuring out how to fix something that is troubling
people. When it comes to problem-solving, I need to be astute enough to choose a course of action
and offer innovative solutions. But with me, it's different because I have a 5 out of 10 problem-
solving thinking style. This is due to the fact that I have some problems I can solve and others I am
unable to, which has both advantages and disadvantages for me. I can be useful as a sports
physiotherapist by solving problems, but I wouldn't be useful if I couldn't solve problems for the
company I work for. Therefore, in order to progress, I must increase my mental capacity. Doing so
will be helpful for my career because growing intelligent and being able to solve problems that
physiotherapists encounter will both be very beneficial to me and people around me.

BM2

Being able to solve problems is one of the most essential skills for a sports physiotherapist to have in
order to keep up with the work, so with a rating of only half a ten, this skill will need to be improved.
By doing so, I will be better prepared to work as a sports physiotherapist. Finding things that have
issues, such as how to solve a problem in chess, how to solve a problem in business, how to solve a
problem in a sporting event, etc., are some ways to hone this skill. As I gain more experience in
problem-solving, which will help me expand my thinking in order to solve a variety of challenges I
encounter, this is a crucial and effective technique for me to improve my talents. With the help of
these illustrations, I can stimulate my thinking, which will help my brain grow and comprehend
issues as if I had dealt with them before, leading to the discovery of more solutions than before. This
is one area where I can improve, but there is also room for me to learn more about sports
marketing. This is crucial because, armed with my knowledge of sports marketing, I need to
comprehend the issues that the industry faces and potential solutions. I therefore require the
knowledge to comprehend potential issues and how to address them should they ever arise. So it's
crucial that I comprehend the challenges that sport physiotherapists face. That way, if I ever
encounter a problem, I'll be able to act accordingly by first understanding what a sport
physiotherapist is and what they would do in my shoes.
