GloTech Appliances Ltd. (Dhaka, Bangladesh) represented by
Managing director Mr Iftekharul Islam, acting on the virtue of
the Company’s Charter, hereinafter referred to as the
"Agent", and
Private joint stock company "Enzym Company" (Lviv,
Ukraine) represented by General manager Mr Andriy
Tsehelyk, acting on the virtue of the Company’s Charter,
hereinafter referred to as the "Company", have concluded
present Report about the following:
1.Acting under the Contract No. 01 of 20 December2019 the
Agent has provided the Company with the following services:
-Services on third party-buyers search for the Company's
Products purchase Cooperation with manufacturer & buyer;
- Negotiation services with third party-buyers regarding the
terms of the contracts conclusion;
- Services on coordination with the Company the final terms
of the contracts conclusion with third party-buyers;
- Services on physical signing of the contracts with third party-
buyers on behalf of the Company and transfer of such
contracts to the Company (signed contract number 2022/22
від 05.07.2022);
- Services on orders for the Products from third party-buyers
reception and coordinating them with the Company;
- Services on monitoring the fulfilment of obligations by third
party-buyers under concluded contracts, inclusive of
payments for the Products monitoring.

Директора пана Іфтекхарула Іслама, що діє на підставі
Статуту (надалі – "Агент"), та
Приватне акціонерне товариство "Компанія Ензим"
(Львів,Україна) в особі Генерального директора
пана Андрія Цегелика, що діє на підставі Статуту (надалі
– "Компанія"), уклали цей Акт щодо наступного:
1.Відповідно до Контракту №01 від 20.12.2019р.
Агент надав Компанії наступні послуги:
- Пошук покупців – третіх осіб щодо продажу продукції
компанії;
- Ведення переговорів з покупцем третьою особою щодо
умов укладення договору;
- Погодження з Компанією остаточних умов укладення
договору з покупцем;
- Фізичне підписання договору з покупцем третьою
особою від імені компанії та передавання договору
компанії (підписаний договір номер 2022/22 від
05.07.2022);
- Прийняття замовлення на продукцію від покупця -
третьої особи та узгодження його з компанією;
- Контроль виконання покупцем – третьою особою своїх
зобовязань по укладеному договору, в тому числі і щодо
оплати за Продукцію.
