Las preposiciones tienen como función relacionar o subordinar una palabra u otra.
Prepositions of place:
Describe the position of a person or a thing in relation to another person or thing.
“at” is a preposition used when talking about a specific and exact point or location.
“in” is a preposition that shows a situation when something is enclosed or surrounded by
something else.
“on” is a preposition that shows a situation when something is positioned above or in the
surface of something else.
We use:
o at for places like the airport, cinema, university, bus stop, school…
o in for names of towns, cities, states, and countries (in Vegueta, in Las Palmas, in
China)
