पात्र राशि वकील द्वारा दावा की गई प्रभावी सुनवाई के अनुसार निर्धारित की जाती है। चूंकि वकील ने के वल तीन प्रभावी सुनवाई का दावा किया है, इसलिए उसे इसकी
अनुमति दी जा सकती है।

The eligible amount is determined as per the Effective hearings claimed by the Counsel. As the
Counsel has claimed only three effective hearing the same may be allowed to him.

 1. 01.10.2015 से पहले प्रभावी सुनवाई हेतु रु. 6000, नॉन इफे क्टिव हियरिंग रु. 1000 (एक मामले में अधिकतम 5 गैर प्रभावी सुनवाई)

2. 01.10.2015 के बाद प्रभावी सुनवाई हेतु रु. 9000, नॉन इफे क्टिव हियरिंग रु. 1500 (एक मामले में अधिकतम 5 गैर प्रभावी सुनवाई)

3. क्लर्के ज- फीस का 10%, अधिकतम रु. एक मामले में 1800/- रु

4. जेब से खर्च - मंत्रालय/विभाग की संतुष्टि के अनुसार वास्तविक आंकड़ों के अनुसार।

5. सम्मेलन- 900/- प्रति सम्मेलन (अभिवचन स्थापित करने के अलावा अन्य मामलों के लिए अधिकतम 3 सम्मेलन)

उपरोक्त को ध्यान में रखते हुए, रु. कानूनी फीस के लिए श्री विष्णु भट्ट, वरिष्ठ सीजीसी के पक्ष में 36300/- (छत्तीस हजार तीन सौ रुपये मात्र) स्वीकृ त किए
जा सकते हैं। स्वीकृ त राशि 10% प्रति वर्ष की दर से टीडीएस की कटौती के अधीन है।

In view of above, an amount of Rs. 36300/- (Rupees Thirty Six thousand Three hundred
only) may be sanctioned in favour of Shri Vishnu Bhat, Sr. CGC towards legal fees. The sanctioned
amount is subject to deduction of TDS @ 10% p.a.

प्रधान मुख्य आयुक्त महोदय ने कार्यालय आदेश संख्या 09/2023 दिनांक 07.07.2023 के द्वारा आयुक्त, दक्षिण आयुक्‍तालय को विभागीय प्रमुख और
अपर आयुक्‍त/संयुक्‍त आयुक्‍त, दक्षिण आयुक्तालय बेंगलूरु को एचओओ (कार्यालय प्रमुख) का कार्यभार सौपा गया।

PCC, vide Office Order No. 09/2023 dated 07.07.2023 delegated Commissioner South as HOD
and ADC/JC, Bangalore South Commissionerate as HOO (Head of Office).

ए.जी.एस.ओ सं. 01/2018 (क्र. सं. 2.7) के अनुसार, कार्यालय प्रमुख के पास विधि प्रभार हेतु मंजूरी के लिए पूर्ण अधिकार हैं।

As per A.G.S.O. No. 01/2018 (Sl.No. 2.7), HOO has full powers for sanction of Legal Charges.
 कार्यालय ज्ञापन दिनांक 24.9.1996 और 01.10.2015 से बिल को सत्यापित किया गया और सही पाया गया ।

The bill has been verified with the OM dated 24.9.1999 and 01.10.2015 and found to be correct.
