मेरी/हमारी निजी संपत्ति है क़ि और मैं/हम बैंक के पास दृष्टिबंधक रखने का/कि हकदार हूँ /है , वे भाररहित है तथा उन पर किसी भी
प्रकार का कोई अन्य पुनग्रहणाधिकार दावा अथवा प्रभार नहीं है।
I/We declare and acknowledge that all the goods noted above stand hypothecated to the bank and the same are my /our own property
and that I/We am/are entitled to hypothecate them with the bank. They are unencumbered and are subject to any other lien, claim or
charge of any sort.
2. मैं/हम प्रमाणित करता हूँ /करते हैं कि उक्त स्टॉकों कि गुणवत्ता तथा मात्रा सही है तथा हमारे रिकॉर्ड में कि प्रविष्टियों के अनुरूप हैं
दिखाए गये स्टॉकों में सतिगृहस्त/अतिक्रिये/अप्रयुक्त/पुराना माल शामिल नहीं हैं।
I/We certify that the quality and quantity of the stocks are correct and in accordance with the entries in our record. The stocks shown
do not include damage un-saleable/obsolete/old goods.
3. मैं/हम प्रमाणित करता हूँ /करते हैं कि स्टॉक का मुल्यांकन आईसीएआई द्धारा निर्धारित अनिवार्य लेखापद्धाति मानक (एएस-2) के
अनुसार (अर्थात लागत मूल्य/निलय प्राप्य दर जो, भी कम हो) किया गया हैं।
l/We certify that the valuation of stocks has been made as per mandatory Accounting Standard (AS-2) (i.e. cost price/Net Realizable
Rate, whichever is lower) as prescribed by ICAI.
4. मैं/हम प्रमाणित करता हूँ /करते हैं किउपर्युक्त माल का आग तथा अन्य आवश्यक जोखिमों के विरुद्ध पर्याप्त रूप से बीमा करवा
लिया गया हैं बीमा पॉलिसियों पर समस्त प्रीमियम राशि अदा कर दी गई हैं तथा ये पॉलिसियां लागू हैं।
l/We certify that the above goods are adequately covered by insurance against fire and other necessary risks in terms of sanction. All
premiums on Insurance policies have been paid and these are in force.
5. मैं /हम प्रमाणित करता हूँ /करते हैं किहमारे रिकॉर्ड की प्रविष्टियों के अनुसार विविध देनदारों विविध लेनदारों तथा विक्रय क्रय राशि
सही हैं।

our record.
6. यदि उपर्युक्त में कोई गलत बयानी जो (जिसका कि बैंक एकमात्र निर्णायक हैं) अथवा प्रतिभूति की कोई कमी हो तो मैं/हम कानूनी
कार्यवाही के लिए उत्तरदायी होउं गा/होंगें।
