Bank BDS 12.1, the bid shall not be

The inspections and tests that will be
conducted shall be as follows:
Preliminary inspection and testing of at
least 10% of the total quantity of the
goods awarded shall be undertaken at the
supplier’s warehouse prior to deployment
of the goods to the final destination.
The motorcycles shall be inspected based
on the description of its physical features
indicated in the technical specifications as
well as the engine performance.
The final inspection and acceptance of the
goods will be done at the final
destinations in Section VI – Schedule of
Requirements by the purchaser’s
authorized Inspectorate Team based on
the technical specifications and brochures
submitted by the Supplier.

Inspection and test shall be conducted in

collaboration with the authorized
Inspectorate Team created by the DAR,
the Supplier’s authorized representative
and the authorized End-user’s
representatives.
