Proceedings:
Student nurse and team leader of the day, Lexenica Ashley Ruiz, started the meeting at 10:00
AM.

1. Pre-conference
Our clinical instructor oriented and prepared us to our first community exposure. After
it, they grouped us. Our team leader, Lexenica Ashley Ruiz, conducted a meeting and
discussed the agenda that are needed to accomplish for the day. The student nurses were able
to know the action needed to be taken.

2. Conduct Courtesy call

Students along with their clinical instructor made a courtesy call to the barangay
officials and health care providers in the community that they are assigned.

3. Ocular survey and spot mapping

The student nurses are able to identify ad familiarize themselves about the landmarks
of Saint Paul University Philippines.

4. Delivery of basic health services

Student nurses were able to provide effective basic healthcare services.
5. Post-conference
Student nurses were able to determine if the agenda are successfully accomplished.
