TASK 2: Read the material published by University of Applied Sciences and Arts - School of
Business entitled” Decision-Aware Business Processes”. The material will discuss the
concepts about Processes and Decisions in relation to Business Logic. After reading, your task
is to create a Venn Diagram comparing the Process from Decisions. These guidelines will be
helpful:

1. A decision-aware business process as one that is designed to distinguish between

tasks that perform work (i.e., process tasks) and tasks that come to conclusions based
on business logic (decision tasks).

2. Based on what you have read in the article, create a Venn Diagram comparing
Business Processes and Business Decisions.

3. Note Venn diagrams help to visually represent the similarities and differences between
two concepts.

4. On a separate sheet of paper, with at least 200 words discuss the points you have
mentioned in your Venn Diagram.
