To get information about needs analysis can be
through document analysis, tests, observations,
interviews, questionnaires, or meetings which
include five core questions, namely problems,
priorities, abilities, attitudes, and solutions.

5.2.3 Diagnostic Assessment In diagnostic assessment is an assessment


practice to measure specific capabilities that are
related to target or intended competencies,
skills, or abilities. Diagnostic assessment is
designed to address an individual's weaknesses
and strengths through classroom activity, for
example measuring pronunciation or speaking
fluency in a conversational class where students
are tested for their pronunciation deficiencies or
strengths, as well as their fluency.
