Holiday Requests for December 2023


Due to the needs and demands of the business, the company cannot approve any further holiday request for
the month of December. Any pre-approved holidays for December, do not need to take any actions.

Sickness Reporting Procedure


Please be aware that all employees must follow the sickness reporting procedures that is stated in the
employee’s Handbook when informing the company of any absence. If you do not follow the proper
procedures, you may be subject to disciplinary action.

Lateness for Shifts


If you are running late for your shift, please follow the correct procedures set out in the Employee Handbook
and telephone your manager of your situation. This should be done if not the day before, then a minimum of
2 hours’ notice.

Uniform
It is your responsibility to present yourself to work in the appropriate uniform. If you do not do this, it may
result in disciplinary action. If you feel like you do not have adequate uniform, please contact your line
manager. We expect all staff to be adhering to the rules and procedures regarding uniforms.

Rosters
Please, be mindful that the rostering team put a lot of time and effort into creating the schedules. Therefore,
we all have to respect them by adhering to all schedule and in the case of any absence, please, follow the
correct reporting procedures set out in the Employee handbook.
