Introduction

A partnership among families, teachers, and

students is essential for successful learning.
Successful students require a safe, supportive,
and rigorous learning environment.

Learning empowers the individual by

expanding opportunities as global citizens.
Students active engagement and critical
reflection in their own learning is a key to
their ongoing success.

Dear Students, Parents, and Faculty,

A yearbook is a collection of memories. It is a reminder of a year

filled with activities, homework, tests, tears, and laughter. It is
something that you will treasure for your entire life.

The personal value of a yearbook grows each year. As your

life becomes filled with more and more memories, the years
in school grow in value. What a wonderful opportunity it is to
always have your friends and events from your years at ASK
close at hand.

To our seniors, we wish you nothing but the best. We hope you
remember your time at ASK fondly and take away a commitment
to seek innovative ideas and solutions to the challenges you face
personally and professionally, practice compassion to those you
encounter in this global community in which we live, and always
look for opportunities to be a learner in this complex and ever
changing world.

I hope that 2022/2023 was filled with wonderful memories.

Thank you for letting me be a part of it with you.

Sincerely,

Mr. Michael Murphy

The ASK Activities Department purpose is to offer a dynamic
and varied co-curricular program for the children and young
adults of our school community.

In our first full year of co-curricular programming after the

COVID-19 suspension of activities, we are proud to say we
fulfilled that purpose. The campus was buzzing with sport
competitions, performances, conferences, clubs meetings, and
of course travel opportunities to help create the atmosphere of
a true American school, and to support our sense of community.

The hope is that all our students strive to pursue their passions,
shoot for excellence and inspire the next generation to be hard
working, ethical, and responsible members of our community.

GO FALCONS!

Art Council is an after school
activity for high school students
to put their creative talents
to use. They use their artistic
skills in painting the sets for
the school’s musicals and
plays, enter themed pieces in
local competitions, and come
up with ways to cultivate an
appreciation for art in our
community. The Art Council
meets nearly every week after
school to contribute to the
success of its members in
their artistic endeavors, with a
supportive executive committee
that plans and documents the
meetings and accomplishments
of the club.
