    CONTRACT FOR EQUIPMENT DELIVERY

    CLIENT: HUBEI SHUIZONG WATER RESOURCES AND HYDROPOWER

    CONSTRUCTION CO.,LTD-PHILIPPINES BRANCH OFFICE

    CONTRACTOR:ALAG GRAVEL AND SAND TRADING

    This contract is made for the agreement between CLIENT and


    CONTRACTOR for the delivery of 2 units of VOLVO backhoe EC210 from
    TIBAG HYDRO PROJECT SITE （ DAKIL, CAGCIAY III, MUABAN CITY,
    QUEZON）to PULANAI HYDRO PROJECT SITE(VALENCIA, BUKIDON).

    CONTRACTOR will offer 2 units of the low bed and operators for the
    delivery. The total amount for all the charges in this delivery hereby
    stated PHP720,000.00(Seven hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos Only). No
    more other fees shall be paid by the client.

    CLIENT shall deposit 60% of total amount as down payment to the


    stated CONTRACTOR’s bank account in the quotation. The rest 40% shall
    be transferred to CONTRACTOR’s bank account the day CLIENT receives
    the 2 units of backhoe.
