Nowadays, we can see a division between two significant opinions.

Some
people believe that new houses should be constructed outside of the cities and
existing buildings should be reconstructed if it is possible. On the other hand,
there are people who think that cities need to constantly renovate themselves. In
this essay, I will take a look at both of these points of views.
The first opinion is so pragmatic, honestly speaking. If new buildings are
constructed in the countryside, it will aid to reduce traffic in the city center.
Many people prefer to live in silent neighborhoods like the outskirts of the city,
but they can't find jobs near their homes. They should wake up early to get to
work in time. If there are many new buildings around the cities, most of these
people will find a job near their homes. In fact, in old towns there are many
historical buildings and there isn't enough space for new ideas of buildings.
Mostly renovation architecture can’t be according to the historical environment.
However, there are many people who believe in innovation, developing cities,
where new buildings are symbols of progres. In old towns there are many
collapsing contractions and for authorities it is less expensive to build new
buildings than renovate existing structures. Mostly, people who consider this
thought are living in countries such as the USA, United Arab Emirates or
Singapore, where there isn't much historical architecture.
In my essay, I compared two popular thoughts about contracting new homes in
existing cities or in the countryside and explained pros and cons of each view. I
prefer to be the person who supports historical heritage but also believes in the
development of the cities.
