NOTES

In Huckleberry Finn's story, there was a scene where Jim and Huck struggle a lot while escaping
and during the second night of their sailing they struggle again because of the heavy fog and the
sea current which they didn’t see or predict to happen. I believe that I can relate these
circumstances in real life, we know that experiencing hardship is inevitable because problems
happen all the time and you will only notice them more when you're unprepared. Moreover, just
like the unpredictable ocean, I realized that life is like an ocean it is unpredictable and has a lot
of surprises, no one can predict what will happen tomorrow or in the future, all we can do is move
forward and paddle our way to the destination that we are aiming.

In addition, there was also a scene where Huck dresses himself into a girl in order for him not to
be recognize and hide his identity. I realized that it also happens in real life not just in the aspect
of dressing up, but sometimes we also tend to do things that may allow us to hide things that we
don’t want others to know, and one scenario for me is wearing a mask to hide my emotions
because I don’t want to bother and worry others with my problems because I know that everyone
is also suffering about something privately.
