This letter serves as a written consent for the decrease in your daily wage from ₱650 to ₱570. As you are
aware, you were previously receiving an honorarium fee for administrative tasks that you were required
to perform as part of your job duties at Totes and Beyond. However, you have been struggling to comply
with these tasks and have not been able to fulfill them to the standard expected by the business
standard set forth.

Despite providing you with a period of 90 days to improve your performance and comply with the tasks,
you have not been able to do so. As a result, the management has decided to remove the honorarium
fee from your wage. Your new daily wage of ₱570 will take effect immediately.

Please note that your adherence to the business' instructions and agreed business operations, as set
forth by Totes and Beyond Management, is still in effect. If you have any questions or concerns about
your job duties or the changes to your wage, please do not hesitate to speak with Shirley or a member
of management.
