Original Essay:

Some people think they have the right to use as much as fresh water as they want,
but others believe government should control the use of freshwater as it is a limited
source. Discuss both view and give your opinion.
Freshwater is one of the human's basic needs for existence, but people often
disagree on the extent it can be used. While some people claim they have the right to use
freshwater in the amount they wish, others argue that government should regulate the
usage of this limited source. I personally believe that is imperative for governmental
bodies to take control the usage of freshwater to prevent the waste resulting its useless
usage.
People use water on a daily basis, but the amount of varies on each household
needs. In other words, extended families with 6-7 people would spend significantly a day
or week more than a household with only 1 person. From this perspective, if government
put daily, monthly limits on the usage of freshwater, this regulation can neglect the fact
that some families need more water, while some less. In addition, many people who view
the volume of freshwater their right are those who claim that freshwater is the nation'
common well-being, meaning that no single person and organization can impose certain
limits.
On the other hand, there is a compelling reason on why there should be regulation
on water. Even though that water bodies oceans, seas, rives combined take up more than
3 quarters of Earth, only negligible percentage of3% is fresh, which indicates how scarce
this resource is. Poor supervision or lack of supervision altogether in some countries
results some people use water in unlimited control for useless purposes, which result in
significant waste. To illustrate, many people in countries such Uzbekistan and
Kazakhstan spend several tones of water from their canes to wash their cars in few hours,
which taken in a year statistics result in billions of waters wasted.
In conclusion, even though some people argue that government' regulation of
water may neglect specific household needs as well as hindering the freedom of its usage,
I firmly believe that it is necessary for government to set well-calculated certain limits of
freshwater usage considering household need to as to avoid vast amounts of waste of
such limited resource.

but others believe government should control the use of freshwater as it is a limited
source. Discuss both view and give your opinion.
Freshwater is one of the basic needs for human existence, but there is often
disagreement regarding the extent to which it can be used. While some people claim they
have the right to use as much freshwater as they wish, others argue that the government
should regulate its usage due to its limited availability. Personally, I believe it is
imperative for governmental bodies to regulate the usage of freshwater to prevent
wasteful practices.
People use water daily, but the amount varies depending on the needs of each
household. In other words, extended families with 6-7 people would consume
significantly more water per day or week compared to a household with only 1 person.
From this perspective, if the government were to impose daily and monthly limits on
freshwater usage, it could overlook the fact that larger households require higher water
consumption, while smaller households need less. Additionally, many people who view
freshwater as their right argue that it is a common resource for the nation, meaning that
no single person or organization should be able to impose limits on it.
However, there are compelling reasons why water usage should be regulated. While
oceans, seas, and rivers cover more than three-quarters of the Earth's surface, only a small
percentage, approximately 3%, is freshwater. This scarcity highlights the importance of
regulating its usage. Poor or lack of supervision in some countries results in people using
water carelessly for unnecessary purposes, leading to significant waste. For instance, in
countries like Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, many individuals use large amounts of water
from their hoses to wash their cars within a few hours. When looking at annual statistics,
this results in billions of litres of water being wasted.
In conclusion, despite arguments against government regulation of water usage that
highlight specific household needs and claim it hinders freedom, I firmly believe that the
government must implement well-calculated limits on freshwater usage taking into
account household needs to prevent the wastage of this valuable and limited resource.

Some people think the government should support artists like painters, musicians,
and poets, while others believe this wastes money. Discuss both views and give your
own opinion.
