I have a background in culinary arts, and I'm passionate about learning new skills and plating techniques.
In my previous role at sea breeze, I was a chef di partie. I believe my experience in years in the kitchen
has prepared me well for this position."

What is your greatest strength?

One of my greatest strengths is my ability to work well with others, which has allowed me to work any
station with any other staff member which allows a smooth service.

What is your greatest weakness?

I've found that I can be overly critical of my own work at times, which can lead to a tendency to spend
too much time on a task. However, I've been actively working on improving my time management skills,
and I've found that not second guessing myself helps a lot.

Why do you want to work for our company?

I've always admired your company for the food that you provide, strong company culture, I believe that
working here would not only allow me to contribute my skills and experience but also provide me with
the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Can you describe a challenging situation you've faced at work and how you handled it?

In my previous role at Seabreeze beach house, we faced a situation where it was only me and one new
staff working the night shift and the rest of the staff called in. so I took the initiative to do everything
from the hotline so I work grill put the new person on pans apps came out from both of us and I called
the board from grill station . Ultimately, we were able to get it done the first two orders where shaky but
after we got our footing, we had a smooth service."

Where do you see yourself in five years?

"In five years, I see myself running my own business a small bistro or café, and I hope to achieve this by
taking in all the information and skills I can learn within this organization."

You should hire me because I bring a unique combination of skills and experiences to the table. My I
work in the industry for seven year I was a supervisor back at my last job and I worked both hotline and
garde manger which make me a strong fit for this role, and I'm confident that I will get along with the
rest of the staff and I will be willing to add my input on certain predicament.

Tell me about a time when you had to work with a difficult colleague or supervisor.

In a previous role, I had a colleague who had a different working style, which sometimes led to
misunderstandings and always in a rush to do everything. To address this, I initiated a conversation with
my colleague to find common ground. We developed a more effective working relationship, which
improved our overall productivity and collaboration.

What do you consider your most significant professional achievement?

One of my most significant professional achievements was every time my company was offering training
programs I was always included. This not only showcased that the company see potential in me but also
demonstrated that I am always willing to learn.
