    The Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) called on the public to avoid direct visit of customer
    service centers and government service complexes and to benefit from e-services within the framework of
    efforts and measures taken by the state to limit the spread of the Coronavirus (Covid 19), and in the interest
    of the safety of all citizens and residents.

    MME clarified the possibility of requesting services, clearing transactions, suggestions, complaints,
    observations, following up on requests and other services through the Ministry's website or the mobile app
    for smart devices “Oun” or communicating with the unified call center via phone No. 184.
