1. Wooden Door - Instead of Wooden Door if we use WPC Doors (Anti
terminate Material), we can reduce 50% of Wooden Door Cost
(60,000 AED).

2. Ceramic Tiles - If we use brand B Grade Porcelain Ceramic Tiles, we

can reduce 50% of total cost for ceramic tiles of walls & floors
(16,000 AED).

3. Compound wall - NOC from all Client, to make compound wall

between each client instead of two walls. We can reduce from the
total cost 70,000 AED.

4. Swimming pool – behalf of concrete structure if we go with readymade

swimming pool, we can reduce 50% from the total cost.

5. Lift – if we cancel the lift, we can save 120,000 AED.

6. Car Park Tent – if we cancel the car park tent, we can save 10,000 AED.

7. Landscaping – if we cancel the Landscaping, we can save 20,000 AED.
