Midterm- Activity 1 ( To the Filipino Youth)

Raise your unruffled brow

On this day, Filipino youth!
implies that the youth is silent, maybe daunted, and consequently has not yet gone
into full bloom for whatever reason there is that may have silenced them
In the beginning stanza, Rizal encourages the youth, by telling them to hold their
heads high for they possess talents and skills and abilities that would make their
country proud.

Rizal encourages the youth, by telling them to hold their heads high for they possess
talents and skills and abilities that would make their country proud.
To have our country a peace and we fight our rights to the hands of Spaniards
We fight this day youth you wake up, because this is the day to fight our needs
This day the day of our freedom to the Spaniards we fight of what is right.

Philippines genteel, for your soil!

Bless the Almighty,

is a charge, urging the youth to run, for a glorious crown awaits them
The sphere here pertains to the world, showing that Rizal believed the Filipino youth is
as brilliant as those in any other nation, and is able to contend with even the strongest
powers if they only set their mind to making most of what they already have and what
you have come for.

Rizal write this poem to wake up the youth and the country to fight our freedom
Youth must be inspire to stand our dignity and freedom
In our bottle or fight we guide the Almighty God
Bless our fight to our freedom, and will be set a free
