- All important communications will be in written format between Team Leader and
Project Director & Emails are for general communication
- Get trained on Web Based GIS which will be updated daily with project information
& progress
- We will provide the Drone Video Survey and 3D GIS
- Social & Environmental outputs will be supported by GIS
- More staff from Consultant’s overhead deployed to meet the delivery targets
- Appreciate the international experts’ support where necessary at no cost
- Early Engagement of Stakeholders
- We will perform highway alignment check before finalising the bridge locations
