A. What attraction visited did you like the most and why?

The Bencab Museum is my favorite attraction because, according to the museum's

staff, the BenCab Museum not only showcases BenCab's works but also allows many
other artists to display their masterpieces. Imprints, a woodcut collage by Leonard
Aguinaldo, was one of the most recent shows offered. The various artworks inside the
museum, particularly the landscapes, amazed me. This was my first-time visit to
BenCabi Museum, and I am the type of person who ideals aesthetic vibes and
ambience. I am delighted and in love with the surroundings when I enter BenCab
Museum; it is really attractive and you will feel at ease.

B. What learning have you acquired through the experiential learning activity
that you can relate to your major subjects?

What I learned in Thc 106 on how to treat a guest or the customer in a hotel is what I
learned through the practical learning activity that I can connect to my primary subject
matter. When we dine at the Elements Newtown Plaza Hotel, I discover the appropriate
approach to manage your guests and clients, particularly how to address their concerns
and desires. I can relate also what I`ve learn in Thc 106 that even if you are a customer
you must also know how to be respectful at all time and dont be arrogant , if you will ask
something from the staff ask appropriately

C. What are your recommendations and suggestions to improve the

University of Baguio School of International Hospitality Management Educational
Tour? (Give at least 3 and explain each)

Time Management - There is a stated time when students will gather and an
agreed-upon moment when they will leave. Because the schedule was not followed, the
8:30 departure became 9 onwards, the tour guiding time became short, and everyone
was in a hurry because there was a time constraint. Teachers or facilitators must be
strict on time in order to avoid this and ensure that students are not rushed to explore
the designated area. Tour guiding must include time management so that no one is
pressured.

A limited number of students in tour guiding- It is okay to combine two distinct

sections in the tour guide since three to four sections are superfluous. Our batch is on
its second tour, and we are in three sections. It is challenging when there are a large
number of students in line during the tour and the tour guide is struggling with the
students allocated to her.

Transportation- We all know how hot it can be in Baguio at times, which is why 15
students are sufficient for one jeepney so that students may rest on the trip and be
relax. It's very hot to return to the jeepney after a tour. Students need to get some fresh
air and not feel suffocated.

D. What other attractions and activities would you like to suggest for the next
educational tour? (Give at least 3 and explain each)

Quiz bee per section- With this activity, everyone will remember everything that the
tour guide discussed throughout the tour. Students will be enlightened and their minds
are going to be encouraged to remember what they have learned. Also, for every
section, showcase and observe collaboration. It is challenging and enjoyable.

Mount Costa- To experience the Old Baguio feel will be entertained at the sight of 24
uniquely themed gardens with 5,500 meters of walking trails and almost a hundred
varieties of flowers. Mount Costa also offers tranquility that you wouldn't easily find
anywhere in the Cordilleras.

Tam-awan village- We wanted to learn more about Tam-awan Village since they stated
it provides a platform for local culture and arts to thrive by presenting Ifugao and Kalinga
huts and exhibitions sponsored by Baguio City artists.
