SECTION 1

100% NATURAL OILS

1.1 Essential Oils – Natural Essential Oils are 100% pure, extracted through steam
distillation and sold as is without any alteration to their composition. The oils are
highly volatile and potent and retain almost all of their therapeutic benefits.
They are ideal for natural and high end cosmetic formulations, can be applied
directly (after appropriate dilution) or used for aromatherapy benefits.

1.2 Carrier oils – Carrier Oils are 100% cold pressed.

1.3 Essential Oil Blends – Essential Oil Blends are blends of specific essential oils in
a specific proportion to achieve an intended therapeutic benefit.

Important
Essential oils are highly concentrated , the below usage rates are recommended:

▪ Gels, Toners, Astringents or high water based products-

o 0.5% for acne prone, sensitive and dry skin.
o 1% for oily and combination skin
▪ Creams, Oil Serum, Balms
o 1% for dry, sensitive and acne prone skin.
o 2% for oily and combination skin.
▪ Hair Oil - 5%
▪ Liquid Shampoo, Facewash and Bodywash - 2- 3%

SECTION 2

COSMETIC GRADE OILS

2.1 Essential Oils - Cosmetic Grade oils are suitable for
applications in skin and hair formulations including creams,
lotions, shampoos etc. and are for external use only.

The oils have been modified from their natural state in line
with IP/BP/EP/USP (pharma) standards to suit the
commercial requirements of the industry. They are often
referred to as Grade B oils.
2.2 Carrier oils – Cosmetic Grade Carrier oils are mostly
extracted through hot press or solvent extraction. These are
not cold pressed oils.

SECTION 6

HYDROSOLS
Hydrosols are floral waters produced through steam distillation of herbs and flowering tops. They
are also a by-product of steam distillation process to produce essential oils. While they have
similar therapeutic properties to essential oils, they are much less concentrated than essential oils
due to high water content. Their aromas are often soft and subtle when compared to their
essential oil counterpart.
Hydrosols are water based.
Due to their high water content (99.9%) , hydrosols have a limited shelf life which necessitates the
use of preservatives.
Our hydrosols are also available with an option of no added preservatives and the users are free to
use them as is or add their own preservatives of choice.

Terms and Conditions

1. The listed prices are of products only inclusive of packaging and exclude Courier / Transportation charges which will
be extra and at actual
2. All prices are ex-works, Noida. The Buyer is welcome to arrange pickups or collections from our dispatch unit on their
own. Aethon can dispatch the order to customers at courier costs of Rs 75 (+GST) for upto 1 kg, Rs 50/kg (+ GST) for
weights above 1 kg under standard services.
3. As a good practice, customers are requested to insure the goods against possible transit losses or damage. The
Company will not bear responsibility for any delay, loss or damage to goods in transit due to mishandling by logistics
company or due to unavoidable circumstance. We pack the products in sealed, leak proof packages in order to avoid
any damage, leakage or spillage in transit.
4. Due to the volatile nature of the products, prices are subject to change.
5. GST extra – as applicable
6. Return Policy : No returns, replacements or refunds are accepted in general except in the following cases :
▪ If such a request is made by the Buyer within 15 days of receipt of material. The Buyer would send the goods to
the Supplier at own cost. The Supplier, upon receipt of goods shall check the quantity received and issue credit
note to the Buyer.
▪ If Supplier sends the wrong goods in which case, the cost of return package will be fully borne by the supplier
along with the logistics cost for resending the correct shipment.

Except for the cases above, any request for return of goods will be solely at the discretion of Company. Should a
return/refund/replacement request is accepted, the logistics costs will be fully borne by the customer.
7. Placing an order with us would imply your understanding and agreement with the above terms and conditions; you
are therefore requested to carefully go through the same. In case of any disputes, the above guidelines shall be applied
to conclude the case.
