6 Honey and Lemon Cream

HONEY AND LEMON CREAM

Ingredients

Stearic Acid -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1.60 g

Starch -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 0.56 g
Honey --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 0.08 g
Coconut oil --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- qs to dissolve the
stearic acid
Distilled Water ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- 21.0 ml
Flavor, a sufficient quantity
Lemon Oil -------------------------- 5 ml
Rose Oil ------------------------------ 1 ml
Cinnamon Oil ----------------------- 1 ml

Materials (enumerate)

Procedure:
First, wear a proper attire such as laboratory gown, gloves and hair mask.

Then, prepare the ingredients, it includes stearic acid, lauric acid,potassium carbonate, starch, honey,
coconut oil, distilled water, and fragrances.

Then, weigh every ingredients accurately. Start with weighing a 1.60 g of stearic acid, a 0.40 mL of lauric
aicd, followed by 0.60 g of potassium carbonate, 0.56 g of starch, 0.08 honey, a coconut oil. Then weigh
the fragrances accurately, weigh a 5 mL of lemon oil, 1 mL of rose oil and 1 mL of cinnamon oil.

After weight all the ingredients indicated, dissolve in an evaporating dish the potassium carbonate in 6.0 ml of distilled
water and heat the solution to 80oC.

Melt in an evaporating dish the lauric acid and coconut oil, together and add to the mixture the stearic acid.

Heat the mixed acids and coconut oil on a water bath to 80oC and incorporate the solution of potassium carbonate.

Suspend the starch in 9.0ml of distilled water and with constant stirring bring the suspension to the boiling point.

Stir until a smooth paste is formed.

Using a mortar and pestle, mix the starch paste with the preparation containing the saponified fatty acids and coconut
oil, both being hot.

Mix thoroughly by vigorous agitation with the pestle. When the cream has been formed add 6.0ml of distilled water in

 which the honey has been dissolved, and agitate again until uniformly mixed.

Lastly, add the perfume while agitating continuously until a smooth cream is produced. Transfer the product into a
tared wide-mouthed container. Label properly

Lemon Cream by Kayumanggi. As we start our formulation, it's crucial to prioritize safety by wearing the
appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.

To begin, gather all the necessary ingredients. These include stearic acid, lauric acid, potassium carbonate,
starch, honey, coconut oil, distilled water, and fragrances.

Next, ensure accurate measurements of each ingredient. Weigh out 1.60 grams of stearic acid, 0.40 grams of
lauric acid, 0.60 grams of potassium carbonate, 0.56 grams of starch, and 0.08 grams of honey. Additionally,
measure 5 mL of lemon oil, 1 mL of rose oil, and 1 milliliter of cinnamon oil precisely.

Dissolve the potassium carbonate in 6.0 milliliters of distilled water in an evaporating dish. Heat the solution
to 80 degrees Celsius.

In another evaporating dish, melt the lauric acid and coconut oil together. Once melted, add the stearic acid
to the mixture.

Heat the mixed acids and coconut oil on a water bath until reaching 80 degrees Celsius. Then, slowly
incorporate the potassium carbonate solution into this mixture.

Suspend the starch in 9.0 milliliters of distilled water. With constant stirring, bring the suspension to a boil
until a smooth paste forms.

Using a mortar and pestle, vigorously mix the starch paste with the prepared fatty acids and coconut oil
while still hot.

After thorough mixing, add 6.0 milliliters of distilled water in which the honey has been dissolved. Continue
to agitate until uniformly mixed.

Lastly, add the fragrances while continuously agitating until achieving a smooth cream consistency.

Transfer the finished cream into a tared wide-mouthed container.
