Section 2: Impact Assessment Information


Note:
(a) It is important that the requesting Generator provide ALL the information
requested below, if applicable. Indicate N/A (Not Applicable) where
appropriate.
(b) In certain circumstances, Distribution Utility may require additional
information to conduct the Impact Assessment. Should this be the case, the
requesting Generator should be duly advised and ready to provide the
additional information.

1. Single Line Diagram (“SLD”):

Provide a SLD of the Applicant’s facilities including the Connection Point to Distribution
Utility’s Distribution System. The diagram/drawing shall indicate the quantities, ratings,
and operating parameters of the following:
 Equipment (e.g. generators, motors, furnaces, power transformers,
emergency/standby systems, back-up generators, circuit breaker, disconnecting
means, remote disconnecting means, etc.)
 Substation bus arrangements and switching facilities
 Conductor ratings from connection point to major loads, transformers and
generators (indicate the type, wire size and estimated lengths)
 Phasing arrangements
