Subject: Adhering to the safety measures and non-compliance with safety regulations.

Dear Sir,

Formal reminder regarding the importance of adhering to the safety measures outlined in our
contract for the Fishery Harbour Project at Madhwad (Offshore Package 1), Gir Somnath
District, Gujarat project. We have recently observed several instances of non-compliance with
safety regulations, and we are concerned about the potential for serious accidents.

Specifically, we have noted that some of your workers are not wearing appropriate safety
equipment, such as helmets and safety shoes. Additionally, we have observed unsafe crane
lifting procedures, which could pose a significant risk to workers.

In accordance with clause 3.45.3 of our contract, you are responsible for providing the following
protective items to your workers:

- Safety helmets, Safety shoes, Safety glasses, Ear protection

We also remind you of clause 1.4.12 of our contract, which states that all design, erection, and
dismantling of equipment must be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the
Statutory Regulations. This includes taking all necessary precautions to safeguard workers and
others from avoidable hazards.

Furthermore, you are responsible for ensuring full-time security and supervision of the test site
to prevent vandalism and protect the installation. This includes controlling materials and
equipment properly to prevent unauthorized access and potential misuse.

We take the safety of our workers very seriously, and we expect you to do the same. Please take
immediate action to address the safety concerns that we have raised. We will be conducting
regular inspections of the work site to monitor your compliance with safety regulations.
