2. Terms and conditions :- SELLER and BUYER are accepting the following terms
and conditions in the presence of witness .

a. That after the completion of three years the seller will buyback the property from
the buyer.
b. During the buyback, the seller will give 50% more appreciation value of the
purchase price.

c. The seller shall have the right to refuse to buyback the property.

3. Restrictions imposed –

a. There will be lock in period of 3 years from the date of sale and purchase
agreement, and the buyer cannot sell the property for the next 3 years.
