In my point of view, boys and girls should not be in separate schools.

I believe, regardless of their gender, learners will still be able to learn , hence, they
will get to discover more of themselves when they collaboarate each other. Furthermore, they have got to discover various learnings when there is
inclusivity. As a teacher, one of my approaches in my teaching is I divide the class into groups. I make sure that each group is diverse, not only when it
comes to gender , however, according to their different abilities and skills. For this reason, lesson will be enriched and more fun. Moreover, aside from
academics, when boys and girls are in the same class, they will get to understand each other's behavior. They can get along with people of diverse
personalities. With this in mind, their emotional intelligence will developed. Another strategy that I am using in my classroom is Jigsaw. It is a cooperative
activity wherein one of the members will leave his home-base group to go to another group and to act as an expert to discuss a certain topic. I always make
sure that it is composed of boys and girls. This activity engages them to work cooperatively and improve their comprehension in a particular lesson of their
subjects. Apart from this, each pupil will have an opportunity to speak up and able to share what is in their mind especially when there is a confusion that
needs to be addressed. This can be also a peer tutoring and able to unleash their inner potential and talents.
