Job Title: Associate

Job Description:

The job responsibilities include but not limited to –

• Data Analysis –
- Data consolidation
- Data cleansing, enrichment & taxonomy design
- Data classification & categorization
- Spend analysis and opportunity assessment
- Create data dictionaries through item attribute extraction from various sources
- Support technology team for automations
• Market Intelligence
- Supply market research – industry dynamics, risk assessment etc.
- Supplier portfolio management - supplier discovery, supplier evaluation etc.
• Drive and support business development activities for the company
• Lead or assist any other projects/initiatives, as required from time to time

Qualifications & Skills:

• Engineering graduate with MBA/PGDM (strongly preferred)
• Analytical skills
• Advanced excel
• Business acumen
• Market research
• Being inquisitive with high learning ability
• Being creative and flexible
• Strong personal values – honesty, work ethics and commitment
