12MM DIAMETER REINFORCEMENT BARS, BOTH AT THE TOP AND BOTTOM, WITH ADEQUATE STIRRUP
SPACING. ADDITIONALLY, THE FLOOR SLAB IS CONSTRUCTED WITH A THICKNESS OF 100MM AND IS
REINFORCED WITH 10MM DIAMETER DEFORM BARS SPACED AT 400MM ON CENTER BOTH WAYS,

INSTALLED. ATTENTION TO DETAIL WILL BE MAINTAINED TO CREATE A COMFORTABLE AND VISUALLY

 FIXTURES AND APPLIANCES: QUALITY FIXTURES AND APPLIANCES WILL BE INTEGRATED INTO THE

FACILITY DECOMMISSIONING AND SITE REMEDIATION:

 FACILITY DECOMMISSIONING: WHEN THE FACILITY REACHES THE END OF ITS USEFUL LIFE,
DECOMMISSIONING ACTIVITIES WILL BE CARRIED OUT RESPONSIBLY. THIS INCLUDES THE REMOVAL
OF FIXTURES AND APPLIANCES, DISCONNECTION OF UTILITIES, AND STRUCTURAL ASSESSMENT TO
DETERMINE THE SAFETY OF DEMOLITION.
 SITE REMEDIATION: ANY ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT FROM THE CONSTRUCTION OR
DECOMMISSIONING PROCESS WILL BE ADDRESSED THROUGH SITE REMEDIATION. THIS MAY
