 I. Security Kit Monitoring
The Security Kit Management completes the TMD CPK Devices in term of
management & monitoring. Alerts & Warnings from this module can trigger Tickets
via the Incident Management Module, assign engineers for troubleshooting and
resolving security related incidents.

1. CPK Monitoring/CPK Status List

CPK Monitoring shows the status of all equipped CPK Modules. The color code
indicates their current status in REAL TIME.

 Turquoise = Good
Orange = Warning
Red = Alert  Attention required.
Agent  Online: TMD device is connecting to TMD Server.
Connection:
 Offline: TMD device is not connecting to TMD Server.

USB  USB Connection between CPK Main Controller and PC

Core.
 If USB connection is disconnected, last observed Status
will be shown.

SDK  Surface Detection Kit.

 If the Status is detected, the ATM is still protected through
the Jamming Signal from TSM.

TVK  Tilt-Vibration Kit.

 Alert only can turn off due to Door Switch opening.

TSM  Jammer.

Door Switch  Monitor Top Box opened/closed.

1.1. Enable CPK Monitoring in TMS Settings
For each ATM equipped with a CPK (or similar device), the CPK Monitoring needs
to be enabled first:

1. Go to SYSTEM SETTINGS  ATM MANAGEMENT.

2. Select an ATM and click on Edit.
3. Under ATM Extended Information, tick the box for the equipped TMD devices and
fill in their installation date.

1.2. ATM Detail
Click into one ATM in CPK Management to open a pop-up window with ATM
Details.
ATM Information: Basic information about ATM.

Anti-Skimming Device Status: Device status at current time.

Event list: Showing current ongoing (Events) and previous resolved History of Events
(Event History).

 2. CPK Message History
These are the raw messages from the CPK controller, without applying any business
rules to it. These are updated in real-time and storing previous event messages.

Select or input condition: Date From/To (Received On date time) / ATM ID / Type
(Information, Error, Alarm, Status Cleared/Info, Other) / Module (ATK, CPK, SDK,
TVK, DoorSwitch).
Click Filter to show search results.
Message grid list: list-up each message that TMD devices received.

 3. CPK Summary Chart
The Summary Chart helps to analyze previous incidents related to the CPK Module.

 4. CPK Inventory Management
CPK Inventory is monitoring current CPK Serial Number and CPK Firmware
Versions. Last SCAN indicates the change Date related to the CPK Inventory. New
Serial Number can be detected after changing CPK in the case of replacement and
after first installation.

Click on ATM ID to see the History of the selected ATM.  Choose Approve or
Reject to set the new Serial or Firmware as default.

 5. CPK Module Status History
The Module Status History is a useful tool for investigating which ATMs are
deployed with CPK devices. It displays exactly the kind of device and the Date of
last detected change related to CPK devices for this ATM.

6. CPK Firmware Update

Firmware Updates will be provided by TMD directly, not through TMS.
Alternative: For the bulk of ATM Module Software Distribution can transfer
Firmware Updates to a group of ATMs.

1. Click on browse to upload Firmware from a local client to the TMS Server.
2. Select an ATM ID.
3. Path for CPK Firmware is by default C:\TMS\TMSCPK.
4. Click Update to execute.

 7. Business Logic Config
Business Logic Config is a tool to set time between when Warning status is changing
to Alarm status.

7.1. Add a new Business Logic

1. Go to Business Logic Config and click Add New.
2. Choose the Warning Category and for which Warning Status a new rule should be
applied.

3. Set the Duration from when the Warning status should change to Alarm Status.

 4. Set warning Status.

5. Select an Alert Category.

6. Select an Alert Status.

 8. CPK Remote Command Execution
Remote Commands allow the user to quickly request all information about CPK
devices installed at the ATMs.

Go to System Tools  Remote Commands.

Run command for CPK device:
Input ATM ID.

Select the command type: CPK Command.

Select one available command – ex: CPK Get Information.

 Click Run.
After a few seconds, the result will be displayed.

CPK report can be generated by ATM Model or Branch.
