Subject: Update on Playground Equipment Order

Dear Robin,

I hope this message finds you well. I'm writing to provide an update on our
playground equipment order, specifically regarding the central play system you
selected with input from our community.

We appreciate the effort you put into carefully selecting the equipment earlier.
Unfortunately, I have to inform you that the original play system with two slides and a
climbing wall is no longer available from the manufacturer. This news was as
unexpected to us as it will be to you, and we understand the disappointment it may
cause to everyone looking forward to the new playground features.

In place of the original system, the manufacturer has sent an alternative play system at
the same price. This system includes one slide but does not feature a climbing wall.
We recognize that this does not match the specific equipment our community chose
and that the climbing wall was a much-anticipated feature.

Now I am focused on finding the best solution. I propose we schedule a meeting to

discuss the next steps with the playground vendor partner. This would allow us to
explore other options, such as selecting a different system that meets our community's
needs or negotiating with the manufacturer for possible upgrades or compensation.
