notes for the phone call:
This memo comes mainly to delivery my reflection on second draft of draft of Phone
Notes for Welcome Sign Problem. I have divided the conversation into five main
stages, which are Opening, Feed forward, Business and Resolution, Feedback and
Closing.
I think on this call, I need to go ahead and put the question out first. First I show that I
value his message and express my understanding so that I may curb FP's emotions
well.
Having reconfirmed the issue at hand, it is time to further state that the importance of
FP is not determined by the size or placement of the logo to comfort the FP, and
hopefully there is no misunderstanding in this regard. But I have to clearly state that
this is not our problem either, as all stakeholders have signed the contract, including
the FP.
Again, it's important to give the FP an out of the problem and tell him (her) that we'll
pay more attention to their feedback in the future, and that we expect them to
communicate in a timely manner.
