Staffing

selecting and placing the
right people in the right
positions to ensure
effective plan execution.
Directing
Directing is the function
that involves guiding and
supervising employees to
ensure they work towards
organizational goals.
Motivating
Motivating is the
process by which
managers encourage
employees to perform
at their best.
