UPT CIAWI COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER

Background
Field Work Practice (PKL) is one of the school programs
and mastery of skills obtained through working directly
with the world of work in a targeted manner to shape
students' skills and mentality so that when they
graduate from vocational school they are ready to
enter the world of work. The implementation of PKL is
carried out for 2 (two months) this is carried out in order
to increase evidence from vocational high school
graduates in achieving relevant goals between the world
of education and the demands of workforce needs. The
activity of organizing Field Work Practices (PKL) is
expected to improve students' skills and work ethic
which include work ability, work motivation, work
initiative, creativity, discipline and craft in work.
 HISTORY OF THE ESTABLISHMENT OF
THE CIAWI PUSKESMAS UPT

The Community Health Center or what is abbreviated and better known in Indonesia as Puskesmas,
is the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) of the district/city health service which is responsible for
carrying out health development in a work area. A community health center is a functional
implementation unit that functions as a center for health development, a center for fostering
community participation in the health sector as well as a first-level health service center that carries
out its activities in a comprehensive and integrated manner that is sustainable for a community
residing in a certain area. The history of the development of public health in Indonesia began with
Dutch rule in the 16th century. Public health in Indonesia at that time began with efforts to eradicate
Smallpox and Cholera which were spreading and were greatly feared by the public at that time.

standardized health center in health
services for the people of Ciawi
District towards achieving Bogor
Regency to become the most
advanced district in Indonesia."

accountable management and resource management
system.
3) Coordinate and stay in touch continuously with cross-
sectors and cross-programs.
4) Motivate independence for healthy living for individual
families and the Ciawi sub-district community.

1. HEAD OF HEALTH CENTER
a) Carry out management, guidance and supervision
functions.
b) Organize coordination at the sub-district level.
c) As a driving force for health development at the sub-
district level.
d) As an expert assistant to the sub-district head.
e) Coordinate and be responsible for all activities at the
health center.
HEAD OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION
a) Plan and evaluate activities in the TU unit.
b) Coordinate and play an active role in activities in the
TU unit.
c) Replace the duties of the Head of the Community
Health Center if the Head of the Community Health
Center is absent
INFORMATION SYSTEMS
a) As a data center for information on community health centers.
b) Collect and check community health center reports before sending them
to the department.
c) Presenting reports in the form of data visualization (tables, graphs, etc.)
d) Together with the data and information team, prepare all health center
reports (ptp, minilok, annual report, stratification, etc.)

 conclusion
We were very enthusiastic when carrying out internship
activities at UPT Puskesmas Ciawi. The owner was very
friendly and willing to teach slowly. We are required to
actively ask questions when someone is confused, so
that we have more experience. We are sure that the
experience gained during internship can help us in the
future.
 Because the knowledge gained has
indeed led to actual work. For the
UPT Puskesmas Ciawi, we hope that
this place can accept our
colleagues from Miftahul Huda
Islamic Vocational School who need
practical guidance.
