- Content & ideas

We create a website online for the campaign. (http://p1907114.pages.univ-lyon1.fr/travelia-v2) The


structure is finished but not the content. We have 3 pages : The main page, where we can find a
video of awareness, the page of informations, where we can find some informations about transport
pollution (on work), and the last page where we have a presentation of our fake application (on
work).

The subject is original because it concerns everyone but nobody speak about that.

The need is real, because everyone use transports to travel to work, home, etc...

It's realistic, because everyone can go on a website.

It is really understandable from everyone, because we use references from pop culture that
everyone know about.

The objectives are clear and viable, they are wrote on the first page of the website.

- Awareness

We made sure to raise awareness among the younger population through references to series, films,
video games that everyone knows by poking them to the heart, and through more concrete
problems for the older population via costs, harmful effects on health, etc ... in order to ultimately
reach the population as globally as possible. We think this communication and awareness strategy
will work, and will impact many people. The problem is very well-explained, to impact a max of
people.

- Engagement & action

We are motivated on this project because it's a subject where everybody is involved, and everybody
can make something to help. We think that others peoples can adhere to this idea, because they are
impacted. They can act very easily by sharing the site, the application or by talking about it to those
around them, and using our application, so that they reduce their journeys in private cars, and by
earning more or less points if they go there on foot, by bike, public transport, carpooling, etc ...

We think that can motivate a lot of peoples.

- Sustaining momentum

We think that can work, if a people is motivated to help us for a reason or an other (reduce health
impact, reduce cost of transport, etc...). And if they share the application, the website, the video, or
some posters, that can do a snowballing effect. We think people will engage and continue to engage
because that can be benefit for them (And in our society, if peoples doesn't be involved or doesn't
win anything, they do nothing.) For continue the action, they can use the app, where they are
rewarded for their investments in the cause.

-Tools & media used


We create a website, a video and maybe some posters (with QR Code to redirect to our website). A
website is really easy to share (we can share it on social media, e-mail, SMS, etc...) and posters can
be printed and displayed anywhere, or they can be shared on social medias, so it's really versatile,
and can impact everyone.

The application (we don't really create it) can impact everyone who has a phone or tablet, and let the
possibility to peoples to win something when they don't use polluting transports.
