Follow the steps to settle the Advance amount in MyClaims website.

1) Login into My Sap concur, and check whether you have one cash advance is updated.

2) Click on Expense tab and click on Create new report


3) Update the correct details like stated below and click on create Report

4) After report is created, we need to attach the advance claim so click on view button.
5) Click on Add and select the claim and click on add to report.

6) Select the Row and click on Add


7) Click on Add Expenses.

8) After clicking Add expense, select Higher Education Claim – TechB option
9) Update all the required information by having a reference as the below screenshots , attach all the
Fee receipts provided and click on save expense.
10) Select the Row and click on Submit button

11) Accept all the checkbox and proceed to submit. Once submitted you will get the below page.

Once these steps are done, Settlement is completed. Take the Screenshot and save it for future use.
