PERIODIC ASSESSMENT III - TIMETABLE

GRADE - II

Dear Parents of grade 1 to 10,

1. Tomorrow 2nd December, Saturday is a half working day for grade 1 to grade 8
and Full working day for grade 9 and 10. Tuesday Timetable will be followed.
2. The Periodic Assessment- III for grade 1 to 9 will begin from 8 th December,
Friday. The students should study the portions of both Periodic III & IV. Pre-
board exam for grade 10 will begin from 5th December, Tuesday.
3. Kindly go through the Time table and the Portion and make the children prepare
well for the exam.
4. As we are going to enter into the Advent season preparing ourselves for
Christmas. Like last year this year also we will be adopting one poor village and
provide them with some basic necessities and share the love and joy of
Christmas with them. For this we are going to have Charity fair on 21 st
December after the last exam. Kindly encourage the children to participate
actively and contribute generously.
5. Christmas celebration will be held on 22nd December.
