Introduction

In this easy I have used compare and contrast method for analyzed the customer
feedback in Pakistan regarding the KFC. In which I have analyzed the feedback from
KFC customer regarding Ambience of KFC, Quality of the food of KFC, location of KFC,
Pricing of KFC and Service of KFC. Through Compare and Contrast method I analyzed
the customer feedback review and I have find compression and differentiation in the
reviews. The purpose of this easy to observed the customers satisfaction with the KFC
and observed the factor which create a good relationship with customers.

Ambience

The ambience of KFC Karachi branch is very modern & vibrant. They provide very
comfortable seating arrangement. The atmosphere is pleasant. The ambience at KFC is
family friendly and provides a welcoming atmosphere for children’s. Outlets of Karachi’s
KFC are clean, stylish & well decorated. I am a regular customer of KFC link road metro
branch, it has been frequently noticed that the outlet is very dirty and unhygienic.

never pleases me. I have always preferred KFC drive thru as the seating area is always
unclean, as it is sticky and smelly. The restaurant has never been renovated since it

Although parking outside its premises was a bit problematic yet the ambiance inside this
branch of KFC was quite good. It was neat and clean and appropriately decorated.

Quality of Food

The fried chicken at KFC is crispy & perfectly cooked. KFC used fresh ingredient for its
menu. KFC provide a high quality food with great taste and texture. I was impressed by
the quantity of chicken wings. Burgers are great, food service is good, ice-creams are
mouthwatering, food quality is excellent and at last KFC is Adorable! (Hassan jeeni,

There are exclusive offers if we order online. The delivery is prompt. Must order.

are crazy about any type of such junk. A number of times we were disappointed to know
that the required items were finished as early as about 10: 30pm. Their deals are quite
economical and good. In case of the F 10 branch the seating capacity was very less.

Location of KFC

The location of KFC the outlet of KFC is located in very convenient places like
shopping areas. Most of the branches situated in the city center provide a convenient
point for lunch & dinner. KFC provide an ample space for parking.

Pricing of KFC

The pricing of KFC, KFC provide a food at responsible price. KFC is much expensive as
compared to the other food chain due to its quality of food people are satisfied with the
KFC price due to its order quantity. KFC provide a combo deals on good prices. Best
fast food chain. The even feed the blind and the deaf also the poor. Excellent food and

SERVICE OF KFC

The service of KFC the staff of KFC is providing a very efficient service, people
impressed with its quick and attentive service. The service of KFC had an exceptional
experience at KFC with staff going above and beyond for customers satisfaction. Worst
service seen in Pakistan was with my family and we plan for KFC after shopping. It took
me 10 minutes to order. Then the main part started they said you have to wait 20
minutes after taking cash. It was horrible waiting and where was no excuse. Very poor
service and worst management. After long time I visited KFC in Pakistan. It took very
bad in an international food chain we face such service. (Zeeshan Haider, Karachi,

have been delivered at 10:00 pm tops, which didn’t happen. Around 10:00 pm I rang in
to find out whets happening with the order and was told it has already been dispatched
and will arrive within 5-7 minutes. Food arrived at 11:00 pm (after two hours) and was

ordering I waited for 2&half hours but they did not deliver and after calling so many
times they give the wrong time, like 5 min, 15 min, or 25 min but still waiting after 2 and

Conclusion

In ambience I found that most of the people like the KFC ambience but there are some
problem in ambience according to some customer reviews like some KFC outlet is very
dirty and unhygienic. The setting area unclean. The setting area are always full with
customers. In Quality of Food KFC is very good I found that people are satisfied with

KFC foods. The prices of KFC is good customer are satisfied due to its order quantity,
taste & KFC deals. In Service there are some problems in delivery issues most of the
customers face late delivery issue. KFC need to be considered these types of issue and
create a strong relationship with it’s customers.
