The knowledge I have learned from this organizing chapter is what the factors that
influence manager’s choice of an organization, how managers divide the group tasks that can
also motivate and satisfied all the employee, and the reason manager must coordinate jobs and
function. I can understand that how important is organizational structure for an organization.
All the tasks can be divided to the specific job into functions.
I have earned a lot from this chapter which is on deciding an organizational structure
there must a lot of things that we need to look up and observe before do the decision as a
manager. Other than that, organizational culture also one of the things that need to look for
when deal with organizing. To make an organization flexible, the best decision need to be made
by the manager to achieve organizational goals. All the structure helps manager to know their
role.
There are many skills that I acquired from this chapter. First, decision-making skill. To
make an informed decision, we need to collect all relevant data, and weaknesses and predict
the outcome. The decision must be effective and need to be fair for all. Second is strategic
planning. Organized personnel may keep on top of workload and avoid missing deadlines by
thinking ahead and planning accordingly.
The benefits I got from this chapter is better management was important to organize an
organization. Since organizing is one of the tasks in management, good organizing can lead to
better management. Also, it can improve my organizing skill which can divide work separately
with more efficiency according to someone’s skill that also can refer to structure.
What I like the best about this chapter is the knowledge I gained can be apply not only
in an organization but also in daily life. I realize that organizing is important to manage an
organization. This chapter also have a lot of graphics that can improve my understanding on
this chapter and imagine how organizational structure is. The colourful graphics make it more
interesting to learn.

The importance of this chapter is that it helps a manager to divide work into separate
units and department to do specifications on each work. This division of labor helps specialize
in various group activities.
Next is with organizing, all the work roles can be defined. Manager can know their own
responsibilities. Work is divided to achieve specialisation. It can lead to more efficient and
better administration.
Lastly, by organizing all the manager’s role position know their clarification. This can
be achieved by outlining the abilities granted to each manager and how they must be exercised
to prevent abuse of power. Administrators can work more efficiently if their roles and
responsibilities are clearly defined. It can increase productivity.

Organizations, on the other hand, can have a good impact on a town's economic
stratification. More jobs and targeted programmes such as scholarship programmes can help
residents move from poverty to the middle class.
