Dr. Montaño: (Over the phone) Good morning, Nurse Davis this is Dr. Montaño. I need to provide a
telephone order for a new admission.

Nurse Julleza: (On the phone) Good morning Dr. Montaño. Please go ahead with your orders.

Dr. Montaño: (Provides the telephone order) We have a new patient, Mrs..Nabor, a 55-year-old female,
admitted with chest pain. I want you to start an EKG immediately and administer 324 mg of aspirin. Send
blood for cardiac biomarkers and a chest X-ray as well. Contact the cardiology team for a consult and
keep him on continuous cardiac monitoring.

Nurse Julleza (Taking notes on her phone) Got it, Dr. Montaño. Mrs. Nabor, 55, chest pain, EKG, aspirin
