Nurse 1 : this morning, before we start our shift change, let's open it by reading
bismillah together. for the night team please convey to the morning team

Nurse 2 : Ok, thank you for the opportunity I will convey the general condition of 4
patients for today.

1. Mr. Felix Lee (22) with Invertebral Disc Herniation, ibuprofen drug
therapy and giving kinosiotape to help therapy more effectively so that he
can do his job again.
2. Mr. Lino (24) with a diagnosis of burns on the back of the hand,
bioplacenton drug therapy
3. Mr. Kin (30) with a diagnosis of typhus
4. Mrs. mina (35) with a diagnosis of Diabetes Mellitus 2 medical therapy

Follow-up for the next shift, changing the infusion to Mr. Kin. Provide
education to Mrs. Mina's family about diabetes mellitus diet. Other
patients have actions such as medical therapy given by a doctor.

Nurse 1 : based on what the nurse putri said, it means that this morning there were
4 patients diagnosed with burns, diabetes mellitus 2, invertebrate disc
herniation and typhoid. The nursing action given this morning, changing
the infusion and for Mrs. Mina's family, was given diet education to help
the patient.
Nurse 2 : yes nurse hira
Nurse 1 : OK, today's shift change has been done .. let's together go greet the
patients first.

After greeting the patients, we traveled to the meeting room to close today's shift
change activities

Nurse 1 : The event is over, let's close this shift change by reading alhamdulillah
