Task ”Dialogue Offering Shift”

Situation :
Morning at the hospital.
Offering shift between morning shift and afternoon shift.

Dialogue :
Nurse 1 : Assalamualaikum wr wb
Good afternoon everybody. Let’s be grateful to God that we can gather
today with good condition and healthy. I am so glad to meet all of you in
the shift change this afternoon.
Ok, before we start our work in this day, better we pray first.
Aameen…..
Today we have 4 patients. One of them is new patient
 Mrs. B with post humerus fracture. Has been given analgesic.
Relaxation is needed to reduce pain.
 Mr. D with post ileostomy. Vital signs have been checked, it is
necessary to act to help the patient eat and change clothes.
 Mr. M with post laparotomy. Patients have been administered non
steroid medicine by injection. It is necessary to take relaxation measures
for the distraction of the patient. Monitor the patient's wound condition
and monitor intravenous drip
 And the new patient who entered this morning at 08.00 a.m. Mrs. E
with an appendectomy. Already assisted in positioning the body
properly to reduce pain and has been given analgesic. Doctor will visit
this afternoon to determine the next treatment.
So, is there anything you want to ask?
Nurse 2 : Walaikumsalam wr wb, thank you miss.
I want to ask about Mrs. E next treatment. Do we need to give her allergy
testing measures? And is the patient has infused installation?
Next is about Mr. M, how personal hygiene measures that can be done?
Nurse 1 : Ok, I will answer your question. About Mrs. E, for allergy testing measures
is waiting the decision on surgery by the doctor but the infusion is needed so
the next measures is infusion installation.
And for Mr. M, need help in implementing a bath.
Nurse 2 : Okay, I'll be clear about Nurse 1's report
